Dust removal filter barrel process

1. The filter material is selected from domestic and imported film-covered polyester non-woven fabric (can do oil-proof,
waterproof, anti-static, flame retardant treatment), polyester long fiber filter paper, glass fiber filter material using wide
folding discount technology, even clearance.
2. The end cover of the filter cylinder is made of steel plate with a thickness of more than 8mm, and the adhesive place between the end cover and the filter material is made of polyurethane foam adhesive.
3. More than 5mm diamond-shaped protective network is used for both internal and external support protection skeletons (external protection network is optional).
4. The connection between filter cylinder and slide plate is sealed by foam sealing rubber ring.
5. The inner and outer protective net and the inner filter material are fixed by automatic screw casting machine (or fastening belt).
6. General specifications of filter cartridge: (325×660, 325×600, 325×705, 325×750, 350×660, 350×600, 350×705 350×900, 510×900, 408×660, 150×1000, 152×902, 350×1320, 178×2000)etc. Also according to customer needs or provide drawings and samples processing production.
7. Filter cylinder fully through/one end of the back cover/installation of the middle hole (14-18mm)
